The one on the left is the what I’ve worn to work every Thursday and Monday for the last 3 years. I’m tired of looking at that shoe. I’m feeling pretting effing cute today. Now I can go to work and show off my scarred up knees and shins!
How did you knees and shins get scarred up? Is there a story behind it? California Girl had a sore shoulder for several days from bumping against the side when we had sex in the pool.
mcb – I am prone to accidents while shaving. I have a scar on my shin that’s about 3 inches long that I gave myself when I was 12 and just beginning to shave my legs. And I’m clumsy, always bumping into shit so there’s always an assortment of bruises on me.
tania0110 – I noticed that I even sat up in my seat a little straighter today cause I felt better.
joaline – People actually noticed the shoes because they were such a departure from my norm.
I’ve left my 2 cents on your blog. I say do what you want to do!
juliabohemian – I work in a customer service call center. The shoes aren’t steel toed :) They are some kind of shoes made by Dexter. I got them around 6 years ago and they are the most comfy shoes.
Sorry, just can’t get stoked over feet. I think they are one of the top ten ugliest parts of the human body – external. On the other hand, good thing we got ‘em or we’d keep doing face plants.

No matter the condition the knees and shins are in you’ll look great, because great shoes are always the best ego boost.
Just wanted to drop a line, and ask if you could help me out. I’m having a pole on my site to help me make a decision. Thanks, and hope all goes well.
