This year’s Boobiethon is off and running! I didn’t participate last year because I’d been naked outside and my tits were a wreck, (damned mosquitoes!) but I’m there this year. (as I was in 2005 & 06) So, go on and donate to check them out!
You can donate to Susan G. Komen for the Cure or to The KatScan Fund. Or both :)
Kat just had surgery and is now fused the whole length of her spine. She’s a single mom with two teenage boys and is very restricted on movement as she heals from this. Her blog is one that I’ve been following since I discovered blogs a few years ago. I remember that after the first post I read, I called Sweety all excited, “Hey! Did you know you people have their own websites (this was before I’d heard the term blog) that are like online diaries! I don’t even know this person but I keep refreshing the page because I want to see what she cooked for dinner!”

Yup. I’m in this morning’s post. I didn’t do a covered shot this go around so I’m in the naked gallery.

“I keep refreshing the page because I want to see what she cooked for dinner!”
LOL!
I’ve now been on line and blogging for 11 years this past January.
I can’t believe I’ve been doing it that long, and it’s always funny to me to read stuff like this about how people found my blog and started reading me.
Like who would have thought that my “diary” about what I was making for dinner would hold someone’s interest…hahahaha
I’ve been blogging since my boys were small children, there are readers who have been reading my sons grow up, they’ve been with me through everything.
It’s really kind of cool.
And thanks for helping with the boobiethon in one way or another for a few years. It’s a great cause, and next year I’ll be right back there helping out again.
I’m still feeling overwhelmed that people are helping me this year, it’s shown me once again that my faith in people is right.
That people really do care about their fellow humans, and will help them out when things get rough.
So thank you. Again. ;)
