Wish I lived somewhere it was cold enough to wear a peacoat. Peacoat. I like that word. Like chickpea. A coat for chickpeas? If a chickpea had legs they’d be skinny with knobby knees. People, THIS is where my sleep-deprived mind goes. But really, imagine a chickpea in a navy blue peacoat – hilarious!
My first neti pot was purchased the other day. I can’t swim without holding my nose shut but am desperate to get rid of this sinus infection. Sweety wanted to watch me irrigate my sinuses. I let him. I still won’t let him watch me on the toilet though. A girl has to have her boundaries!
I think my head is getting better but I’m still not sleeping worth a damn. Sweety said he’s enjoying having the bed to himself and when Stinky Dog sleeps on the couch with me you can feel her joy. I think they conspired to make me sick for their own gain.
Realized last night that BB will be getting his learner’s driving permit next month. When did this happen?
I was offered a chance at a temporary job doing something else (not on the phones!) but said no because I wouldn’t be able to take the boys to school if Sweety couldn’t. It has occurred me if one kid is almost driving and the other is almost bigger than me that they would probably live if they had to walk the two miles to school. I’m going to put my name in the hat for the job the next go around and see what happens.
I’ll be glad when the other laptop is fixed. I find it disturbing to turn on my computer and see Sweety’s porn trail. I know he looks at it. It’s just unsettling to see the titles to the things that he looks at. I shall not repeat them here.
And here is this. Just because I think it’s funny.

It’s still 98 degrees here. No lie. I’d love to own a peacoat sometime in my life but I don’t think I ever will.
Also: I never want to know what kind of porn Sweety likes to look at. Might scare me.

Oh my gosh, Michael has defintiely seen me on the toilet. I have never been a shut the door kind of person. In fact, my bestie Heidi isn’t either and when we are at each other’s houses, we never shut the door! We are so weird!

Sweety has seen me on the toilet but I refuse to perform while he is watching. (Well, there was one time when I had to go REALLY bad and he got into the bathroom and wouldn’t leave. That time doesn’t count. It was under duress.)

I’ve been with my hubby for 11 years and he has seen me do a lot of things but going to the bathroom is not one of them. Isn’t that weird that I’ll let him watch me give birth, puke, and masturbate…but not go to the bathroom…that’s where I draw the line.LOL

I think Neti Pots are miraculous! If you keep doing it faithfully, I bet it will do the trick, along with meds too…BUT, truly, I think the Neti Pot is GREAT!

The picture of the man using the neti pot in Wikipedia was bizarre. I’m not sure I could do that. My nose got inflamed one time and I could barely use a saline mist. There is no way I could stand that much water.

Today it was cool enough to open all the doors and turn off the a/c. Loving it!
I’ve always said I could never use one but going on 6 or so weeks with not much sleep due to coughing made me desperate enough to try anything!
